- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Becky and Janet Gould from that office have shown themselves to be not in full understanding of their scope of work. The level of customer service is null. I was embarrassed by Becky on a three way call with a business associate. She was argumentative and took 4 hours to (and 2 days) to present me with two quotes. In the end, I did not receive the quotes or COI which I requested. Not only that! But the personnel made this a very personal situation as Becky assumed I was unable to afford the vehicles for which i requested quotes. She even said to me in a very nasty tone that if i wanted that truck id need to bring her a couple thousand dollars. My associate was floored and couldn't help but to comment by the appalling way this office "conducts business". I am a grassroots small business doing all I can to support local small business. But I WILL NEVER acknowledge this agent; and will continue to report their unprofessionalism, prejudiced perspective, and lack of common courtesy. 8/15/17July 08, 2017by Denise Beavers
